Cheryl is a nationally certified and published resume writer, career coach and LinkedIn online profile expert. A veteran HR director and recruiter, Cheryl knows what gets people hired. She helps mid to senior level executives establish and promote their professional brands and has a specialty in helping college grads and soon-to-be grads identify, promote and pursue the job they want instead of the job they need.
I founded Cardinal Expert Resumes while attending New York University’s Career and Life Planning program and working full-time at Salomon Brothers. Preparing to exit the corporate world, my next chapter had to include what I knew best and was good at. As an HR director, recruiter, business coach, and outplacement specialist, I knew what got people hired and I was a strong writer when it came to career collateral documents and what resumes needed to day to get people noticed and hired.
